Bob Moses is the founder and President of Moses Associates, Inc. He has established an impeccable reputation in the industry by partnering with leading organizations and by effectively identifying and brokering top talent. It is Bob's philosophy that in order to achieve his goals, he must first help the clients and candidates he represents to achieve theirs.

In 2002 Bob became a member of the Pinnacle Society, an elite, honorary forum whose membership is limited to 75 of the top recruiters in the United States. Bob also earned his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designations. These are rare seals of excellence of a seasoned recruitment professional who is knowledgeable in changing employment law and holds himself to a high standard of ethics.

Bob offers a distinguished track record of service, solutions, and relationship-building that spans over a decade of experience. Prior to founding Moses Associates, he was a Partner in a large international executive search firm. In his first year, he broke the company record for the top first-year recruiter ever and in only his second year, he became the top recruiter in the history of the firm! Prior to this, in his wholesaling position with a major insurance company, Bob was responsible for consulting companies regarding their benefits packages including executive compensation, insurance, and benefit roll-outs.

In addition to personally recruiting, as part of his practice, Bob enjoys conducting speaking engagements and training sessions for other recruiters. Bob holds his Degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and family and their yellow Labrador Retriever, Bailey. He strives to have fun at whatever he is doing: he enjoys playing pool, likes to travel, and plays several instruments. Bob is genuinely interested in helping people and companies achieve their best.
